Role & Responsibilities Support the Project Managers to ensure successful execution of assigned projects to meet corporate goals for: quality, budget, schedule, and safety in accordance with our core values. Monitor, review and report on project/project team deliverables from pre-construction through to close-out phase. Provide support to the various project teams, including work planning, risk mitigation and resourcing. Compile, submit and track all project documents (RFIs, COs, POs, submittals, shop drawings, etc.); review project documentation to ensure clarity/accuracy of deliverables. Manage documents utilizing Viewpoint software. Maintain client, supplier/vendor and partner relationships to enhance competitiveness in the industry and promote effective customer relationships. Assist with project plans to determine time frame, financial objectives, and procedures for accomplishing work, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources during various phases of the project. Coordinate information and activities among estimating, financial and construction as well as sub-contractors, vendors, governmental personnel and project superintendent, ensuring proper communication flow, utilizing project meetings, correspondence, and documentation as necessary. Qualifications and Requirements A trade certificate, CET or certificate  in business administration or related disciplines is preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years’ previous work experience in the commercial construction industry is required. Past experience with the documentation and requirements for LEED certified projects (silver or higher) is essential. Experience using Viewpoint software is an asset. Microsoft Office and Bluebeam experience is required.
